1. Return and Refund Period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or request a refund for your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we’re here to help.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received them
• In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached

3. No Exchanges Policy

As all our items are produced in small batches and in limited quantities, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different item, you will need to return the original item and make a new purchase. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of the same item or size due to our limited stock.

4. Intimate and Sale Items

For hygiene reasons, intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, items purchased during sales or promotions are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Limited Edition and Size Consideration

All our products are crafted with care and in small quantities. Therefore, we highly recommend that you check our size guide carefully before making a purchase. Each piece is unique, and you may not find another one like it again.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. For international returns, shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, we do not refund any original shipping costs or fees.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@klauniverse.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

2. Prepare Your Package: Ensure the item is unused, with all original tags and packaging. Include your order number and a note specifying the reason for the return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that for international returns, we do not refund any duties, taxes, or original shipping costs.
