If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it and make a new purchase on our website.

We cannot guarantee that the same item will be available. Some items cannot be returned or refunded, including gift cards, items with defects that were clearly stated at the time of purchase and described clearly on the website, items damaged by self-repair or third-party repair attempts, items without tags or original packaging, or that have been used or worn, underwear, and clearance products.

If you no longer want an item (e.g. due to the wrong size or colour), we will only accept returns if the description – such as measurements and colours – was not available on the website at the time of purchase.

Returns will only be accepted from the person who purchased the item, i.e. the name and information used at the time of purchase on our website.

To receive a refund:

Please visit our Returns Manager to request a refund. Note that when using our Returns Portal, you may need a printer for your label. Attach it to the front of your package, ready for delivery or collection.

You can return your items to us through your chosen postal service. We advise using a trackable service and keeping the postage receipt for your records, as we are not responsible for lost items in transit.

Exchanges:

Although K-LA does not currently offer exchanges, our return policy allows for returns and refunds within 14 days. You can make a new purchase at any time for the item you wish to replace. We cannot guarantee that the same item will be available.

WORLDWIDE RETURNS

International Sales Policy:

-We ship internationally, but please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees and import duties that may be applied to the delivery.

-We cannot reimburse any customs fees in the event that the customer needs to return the item. Additionally, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

-Our processing time for international orders is up to 72 hours, during business days only. Please note that delays due to weather and other external factors are beyond our control.
We offer tracking on shipments to international customers to ensure that orders can be monitored in real-time.

-We recommend that customers check their local import regulations before making a purchase to ensure that the item can be legally imported into their country.

-Please note that at this time, we are unable to ship products to Russia due to UK law. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will update our policy accordingly if this changes in the future.
